Hi everyone,

I'm a writing student here in NZ, who's just had an article printed on the front page of the local newspaper as well as on the NZ digital platform. I'm rapt.

I am someone who has wanted to study it for the best part of my life and finally took a year off to pursue a more formal approach to learning, polishing, editing, grammar (not my best subject, thank goodness for editors) and to see if I have what it takes to create a body of work that reaches people. But, COVID-19 got in the way of much of that, at least for the first semester. So a late start in the second semester to act on my passion.

I haven't settled on any particular genre of writing yet. The piece that was published was a requirement for one of our subjects, So the world is wide open still.
